Dr. Robert H. Bunch
General Surgery |
Dr. Bunch was born in Richmond, Virginia. After receiving his B.S.
From Wofford College, he went on to obtain a Master of Science
degree from the University of South Carolina. He received
his M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina in
Charleston and also completed his residency there. Dr. Bunch
has practiced surgery in Columbia since completing his residency
in 1980. He is certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he has served
as the President of the South Carolina Chapter of that
organization as well as President of the South Carolina Surgical
Society. He is past Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at Palmetto
Baptist Medical Center and currently serves on the Board of the
Palmetto Health Alliance as well as the Board of Baptist Healthcare
Systems. |
