Dr. Craft was born in Columbia, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and earned his M.D. degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. While in residency he was awarded Resident of the Year in 2001-2002 and 2005-2006. He also completed his fellowship in Surgical Critical Care from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2005. Dr. Craft joined Surgical Associates of South Carolina in July 2007 upon completion of his residency.

Dr. Craft is board certified with the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Craft performs vascular and general surgery. His interests include vascular access for dialysis; general laparoscopic surgery; vascular surgery including carotid, aortic, lower and upper extremity arterial surgery; general surgery including hernias, breast, colon, biliary, stomach, skin, and cancer surgery.
