Dr. David E. Tribble
Thoracic Surgery |
Dr. Tribble was born in Clinton, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate
degree from Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina and his M.D.
from Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville. His residency in General Surgery,
which was interrupted by two years of service in the U.S. Air Force,
was completed at Bowman-Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest
University. He joined South Carolina Surgical Associates in July, 1968.
Dr. Tribble has served as past Chief of Surgery for Richland Memorial Hospital
in 1980-1982 and Baptist Medical Center in 1974-1976. He was past Chief of
Staff at Baptist Medical Center in 1990.
He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the
American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons. |
